The Lincoln County Library District (LCLD) helps guarantee library service to all residents of Lincoln County, Oregon. The Library District has a countywide service focus that provides connecting links among libraries, individuals and organizations. The Library District mission is to stabilize, strengthen and expand information services and resources and involvement in the Lincoln County community.

2008 Ballot Measure (21-123)

The Lincoln County Library District Board voted on July 29, 2008 to place a ballot measure on the November 2008 ballot.  This measure, if passed, will go into effect July 2010.  The measue is a 5 year local option tax that is the same rate as the current tax which expires Jun3 2010.  Please go to, http://lcldinfo.wikispaces.com/Ballot+Measure, for the text of the ballot measure and the explanatory statement that have been filed with the Lincoln County Clerk.
