Anything that would increase driving safety is a great idea. There are far too many horrible accidents and deaths due to driving that could be avoided with a little extra training and knowledge. Simple things like being cautious and taking a little preventive routine care of your vehicle could help save several or even hundreds of lives every year. Everything from drunk driving, poor driving conditions, badly aimed or dim headlights, icy conditions, etc... all have an impact and with a little eductaion much of it can be fixed or better handled which would save lives!
